Mechanic

City: Kaunas, Vilnius

What the work looks like

  • Until you're ready to work independently, you'll team up with a colleague — travelling to the workshop and to customer sites to perform service and troubleshoot faults.
  • Prepare machines for periodic technical inspections and carry them out.
  • Register machines with the relevant state institutions.
  • Prepare new machines for use.

It's very important to us that you:

  • Have a technical education, or are a final-year student.
  • Love machinery — so much that even your other half is jealous.
  • Are tidy and meticulous, both at the machines and with the necessary paperwork.
  • Can read technical documentation in English.
  • Enjoy working in a calm yet ambitious team.

Offered salary (gross): 1930-4130 EUR

Sales manager

City: Klaipėda, Kaunas

We'd like you to:

  • Enjoy strategising, building business relationships and developing them.
  • Like working with concrete, tangible products — machinery.
  • Want to understand the needs of industry, infrastructure, construction, forestry and agriculture so you can offer the right solutions.
  • Believe that visiting customers and paying attention to them is proportional to the sales numbers.

We expect that you:

  • Have a strong interest in machinery and its applications.
  • Read and understand technical information in English.
  • Are ambitious and persistent in pursuing your goals.
  • Are positive, communicate easily and openly, express your thoughts logically and clearly, and can influence others.
  • Can listen to the customer, assess the situation and offer the most fitting solution.
  • Can offer the customer more than they expected.
